We like to talk about costs early, so you have a realistic understanding of the budget involved in a professionally designed project of your scope. Our Investment Guide provides a transparent look at what it takes to work together, including typical project costs and design fees.

Design Services
Lorla Studio design services fees are billed hourly and invoiced at the end of each month. To initiate the start of a project we require a signed contract, and a $10,000 retainer payment. The initial retainer entitles you to design services, and will be applied to the final design services invoice. Any unused portion will be returned via check at the project completion.
Design services typically land within 20-30% of the overall project budget.

Furniture & Decor
Includes decorative lighting, wallpaper, paint, furniture, art, window treatments and decor. Does not include the cost of renovation work.
