This starts with an initial Design Consultation, which is followed by a questionnaire, and a discovery meeting to map out a way forward. Next, we conduct a site survey, and meet with various trades to identify key partners for the project. This first phase of the project generally takes 2-4 weeks.}

^{In Phase II, we spend two to three months to formulate and finalize a design for your project. This includes sourcing project materials, creating project drawings, developing a project budget, and presenting the design to the client.}
